Delete from inside Socliz
- Log in to your Socliz account.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- To remove only your Instagram data, click Disconnect Instagram account.
- To remove everything, click Delete my account and all data and confirm.
Disconnecting deletes your Instagram data and access tokens. Deleting your account removes your profile, connected account data, drafts, rules and settings.
Method 2 · From Instagram
Remove Socliz from your Instagram settings
- Open Instagram and go to Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites (on the web: Settings → Apps and websites).
- Find Socliz under Active apps.
- Tap Remove.
When you remove Socliz this way, Meta automatically sends us a data deletion request. Our system receives it and deletes the Instagram data and access tokens associated with your account, and you'll be shown a confirmation code and status link to track the request.
Method 3 · By email
Email us a deletion request
- Email support@socliz.com with the subject line "Delete my data".
- Send it from the email address registered on your Socliz account (or include your Instagram username so we can verify ownership).
- We will confirm completion by reply within 7 working days.
What gets deleted, and when

| Socliz account data (profile, drafts, moderation rules, settings) | Deleted within 30 days of account deletion. |
| Billing records | Minimal invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax law, then deleted. |
| Encrypted backups | Purged automatically within 90 days as backup cycles rotate. |
Deleting your data from Socliz does not affect anything on Instagram itself — your posts, comments and messages remain on Instagram exactly as they are. We only delete the copies and access that Socliz holds.
